Returns, Repairs and Exchange Policy

No Returns or Exchanges of E-Juices/E-Liquids will be accepted under any conditions due to Health and Sanitation issues and the subjective nature of individual tastes, as it contains food-grade substances meant to be taken into the body which can become contaminated either accidentally or on purpose and which makes it illegal for us to re-sell these products; as such we will not provide refunds on E-Juices or E-Liquids or Wicks/Coils.

Returns or Exchanges on Mechanical or non-ingestible products (entirely composed of metal and/or plastic) purchased from our Website will be accepted only under the following Conditions:

1.Product as received has failed to function upon first use

2. Received hardware has failed within 14 days of receipt due to faulty factory workmanship or materials. IT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

3. All Merchandise which we have verified and accepted as Returnable must be returned in Original condition/Original packing as received. Customer is responsible for returned postage cost.

4. Refunds and Returns will not be accepted if any merchandise which you wish to return is found to have been modified or tampered with in any way from its original factory state upon receipt by our customer service department.
